Not exactly sure but I've only seen a couple of other players with as high a vertical and a lot of them never made the NBA but they just dunked great. Check Youtube for the guy who beat Kobe Bryant in the 96 McDonalds Slam Dunk Championship. He looks shorter than Jordan and dunks from the foul line.
