i dont know what to do

this is what i remember from about 6 months ago. it only works on microsoft pcs. acess safe mode on your computer using the instructions on the web page shown. once the computer is in safe mode and you get to the logon page, there will be an account called administrator; it won't have a password. go into this account, go to control panel and then user accounts. from here you can change the password of whatever account. when that is done, re boot the computer and open it in normal mode. then the new password you set is the one for the account you want to get into.
WRITE DOWN the new password somewhere where you will not lose it. then back up the system, it is a lot easier to fix the problem that way.

Hi!

Use the disc created by OS to retrieve lost passwords. You DID make them, didn't you? :))

Use tomsrtbt written on a CD to boot your system up, then... voila, delete the pass.
