For the record I'm no Republican or Neo-Con, just a realist that sees things for what they are. I think this Obama loving "trend" is just the latest example of the total ignorance of the American masses. I mean what has the guy actually done that's significant besides giving a speech once?

No. He has no real record of accomplishment or leadership. Has he written or gotten passed any important legislation? Is there a Obama law or bill I'm not aware of?
Maybe he could develop this record, but he needs more time. Maybe in 2012 or 2016.
By the way, this is the same beef I had with Kerry's 20 year career in the Senate. Sure he voted on a lot of things, but there was no leadership displayed in those 20 years.

If the World gets lucky, it will be Obama or Hillary. Better yet, both on the same ticket. Democracy is best for all of the country. There is no red or blue. Get back to the ideas of our founding fathers. God bless the UNITED States.

today there are purely polls pitting him adverse to fellow Democrats and this replaced into formerly his professional statement. I honestly do not recognize what his opportunities are severe yet i extremely desire they're going to be solid. we favor a replace and we've considered what Washington insiders have done to this point, Bush tried to declare he had not been one yet he had his Dad's help so in essence he replaced into an insider. Be that because it may, that is going to count in many cases on his platform and his attraction to the a good number of all colorations and activities. I purely save questioning that our global status is contained in the rest room, each and every guy woman and toddler in this us of a presently owes over 28,974.40 4 in route of servicing the debt this modern-day president has run up. There were no checks and balances. we favor a replace and the former take care of has were given to flow. To me that contains any conceivable Bush, Giuliani, Clinton, Hunter, Biden et al who've made rumblings of operating.

I think he would make a great president. He will win all the states Kerry did plus Ohio. Republican greed and corruption has lost Ohio for years to come. I think he would also win Florida and he doesn't need a red cent more.
Why are Republican'ts filled with so much hate?

He may be lucky enough to carry his home state. Or the party may be lucky enough to buy him his home state.'
The guy is unknown, has no record, and a total nothing in politics or accomplishments.
I keep hearing statements from people like Emily D to th effect that "he's smart". What in the world do you have to back that up. He's half white and doesn't want to recognize that, He's really ignorant of facts.

I think he's a good candidate, but just not in '08. He only has a few years experience in the US Senate. Maybe in another 10 - 15 years the country will be ready to elect an African American to it's highest office, but I don't think we're there yet.

He lacks enough experience for the position and will cause more division than Bush if he makes the ticket. Hillary will not permit it to happen. I think Edwards has a better chance of getting in than any of the others in the race.

I am fan of Obama, but I think it is too soon for him to become president. IN 2012, he will be able to accomplish more. Hillary and Obama would be an awesome combo!

I agree, the red states will ruin him. And we've all seen just how much power the red states have. It's a shame though, because I think he is a smart guy.
