very boyish boy loves monster trucks and crashing cars. He and his older brother(9 years) fight for toys all the time I want something he will like, and that he can be right when he says thats mine.

Cardboard boxes...free and can make stuff out of them.
A large refrigerator box can be a house! Kids love to make stuff and make believe. You can help him paint it or wall paper it with construction paper.
It is a form of recycling that will save you big bucks. $$$$$$

Get him a remote control car. They make them for that age group, they are bigger and the controls are easy to figure out. They also make one that hits a wall or a rock and flips over then goes the other way. Its real cool! It can drive on any side. Check those out, I don't think you can go wrong with something like that for a little boy.

i think he should have some educational toys to go along with the the boyish stuff.there are some toys that will let him use his hands such as puzzles for his age group....leggos......building blocks.....tonka toys.toys like these will help with dexterity and work his brain.you might find out he enjoys that more than the more aggressive items.just my opinion.i hope i helped you.

anything with "thomas the tank engine" kids his age love that stuff, and 9 yeard old brother will think its too babyish to want to take.
