A 2,500-kg car hits a fence with a force of 400 N, and the collision takes one second. What is the impulse?

I think the answer is 6.25 kg-m/s but am not sure. Can anyone clarify this for me?

If I understand the question, a 400 N force is applied for 1 s. For a constant force, impulse is the product of force and time. Then the impulse is 400 Newton-seconds which is the same as 400 kg-m/s. The mass is irrelevant.
