I have 2 Windows XPs on my PC so I have to remove the other one, can I delete it instantly?

It's not on a partition it's on an another hard disk is it the same?

you can delete the partition its on then format it in disk management in control panel under administrative tools/computer management .. also if its asking u which to boot from still on bootup ... goto ur C: drive under my computer ... show hidden operating system files from the tools/folderoptions/view menu... open the bootini in notepad, and edit the second entry for xp off of it ...

you may through partitioning your hardcontinual in case you really have the 'C' power. bypass into Disk administration and split it in 1/2, or once you've yet another hardcontinual or partion--like a d or econtinual. you may deploy it on the recent partition. pay attention. Vista does not 'play nicely with others' so i'd propose that you no less than deploy a separate hardcontinual for the Vista installation. you'll likely could configure your new partition to be bootable contained in the BIOS for it to artwork.

a. The boot-up menu will still show it...
b. Your computer may be set up to use... the second XP. Nasty!

Some RAM/hard drive problems can be easily fixed yourself by using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in useful. Try this site, if you can get what is required.
