Hi, I drive a 2003 Mercedes E-320 and my heater is not working. Do you know what could be the problem and how to solve it? Thank you.

The air is blowing and the AC is working fine. It's just the hot air that's not blowing. Thank you for your time.

The problem is most likely the heater control valve.

Order No.: P-B-83.20/72

Supersedes:

Group: 83

SUBJECT:
Model 211.026/065/070/076/082/083/265/270/282/283

No Warm Air in Heating Mode

The Part Number is A211 832 00 84 for the valve. It lists for about $36.00 and the labor time ranges from .3 - 1.4 hrs depending on the model.

Unless you have exceeded the miles, you should still be under warranty. I hope this helps.

Need a little more detail. Is there air blowing out the vents? Does your AC work and just won't blow hot? then we can make an accurate decision. Does anything happen when you turn it on? Blowin anything?
