Fluff equals fungus. Pimafix is a good fungal med.
Pimafix treats fungal infections and treats both internal and external bacterial infections.
It works in combination with MelaFix to enhance effectiveness for extreme conditions. Eliminates the possibility of the development of resistant strains of disease-causing organisms and its a remedy for both freshwater and marine fish.
It has no effect on pH and is harmless to aquatic plants.

And keep the water pristine with regular partial waterchanges.

It would also help to tell us what size tank he is in and what how often you did partial waterchanges aswell as what your water parameters are (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph)

Pimafix and melafix are wonderful...just make sure you take the activated carbon out of the filter.
