So your screen is blurry everywhere.. right?

Depending on how old your screen is, it might be dying, or if you live in a very humid environment, that happens regularly. Get an LCD, if you do have an lcd and it's still happening.. i don't know what your problem might be.
It's not your video card because that wouldn't cause blurry images.. Just a monitor issue.

i think maybe if ur using a flat screen that the phase or pixel clock has been changed, u can acces this by lookin on the menu on the actuall menu buttons, it'll be an icon thats a sort of wiggle, or ur using a CRT moniter, i think its under the name OCS or OSC options, this could be ur problem, if that dont work, try "degaussing" it, it's also on ur monitor options, its like a magnet kinda shape with a line through it, this gets rid of glitches and **** like that.

Usually there are some hardware setting on your monitor. It's different for each monitor, so you'll have to check out the owner's manual. If you don't have it, look for buttons on the bottom or side of the monitor and play with them.

That, or you need to stop drinking so much......

check your resloution.

Right click the desktop - click Properties. Then click the "settings" tab.

If your resolution is set at something like 640x480 -- then that is your problem. Change it to 1024x768.
