how does a non US citizan get a marriage license to marry a US citizan without a Social Security number?

I don't think non-US citizens require a SSAN to get married. My wife and I got married in June and she did not have a SSAN at that time.

You don't need a Social Security number to get married. Get married and then later you will get the SSN.

you just go and get married, u dont need a number for that! then you apply for the green card.

1st all us citizens must have social security numbers.
