Would you rather be able to control the weather or have the ability to shrink anything to 1/10 its normal size?

weather cuz id make the uk winter for a whole year cuz we dnt get snow at xmas ( we only get snow in feb - march )

I would rather be able to control the weather because I live in Michigan and here, the weather changes constantly. Also, if you can control the weather you could prevent storm related deaths like in hurricanes and tornadoes.

I'd control the weather. I don't reckon the shrinking ability is that useful.

Control of the weather definately, I'm already tall so everything seems shrunk. I would totaly go surfing on a cloud!

It doesn't configure to the way the universe works. Maybe in comic books. Being finite, the power that is the most essential is self dominion. If you've got that, you've got everything. No, I've met precious few that do. No they weren't rich.
