He's huge, eats planets and omni-powerful.
Plus he's the only villian I know who has his own hearld (the Siver Surfer).

The Joker (from the comic books) he was truly sinister. I also like Cobra Commander, he wanted to poisen the worlds water supply and he tried to carve his face in the moon. Who does that?
