Female reindeer are rather cheeky and adventurous:
Once alone, They have drinks, hire in male stripper reindeer, and probably have an erotic toys home party after. Then they gossip about how the toys compare to the males out working their little bits off to bring Father Christmas' load of goodies to all the well-behaved boys and girls of the world!

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year (the only members of the deer family, Cervidae, to have females do so), male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid December. Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring.
Therefore, according to every historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, every single one of them, from Rudolf to Blitzen ... had to be a female.

How come all of you accept the fact that the reindeer who pull Santa's sleigh are all male? Did you check?
The females do the same thing the males do...pull the darn sleigh. Somebody has to keep to the schedule and remember the route.

The female reindeer go along with the males - It takes all 8 of them to pull the sleigh. And if it is a particularly dark or foggy night Rudolph goes with them to llight the way with his shiny red nose. lol
