how do i get new jobs for final fantasy 3 for the ds?

you need to find more crystals.

the first crystal that you got, the one that you start near, is the wind crystal. it gives white, red, and black mages, warrior, monk, and thief.

after owen tower, you need to go to dwarf isle. it's to the northwest of the whirlpool. i think the fire crystal is in the second cave, after you complete the first part, with the dwarves
