USC, West Virginia, and Arkansas, who are all very young teams, especially at the skill positions.

No, plain and simple. They play in a fairly tough division, and under their new coach (being a former defensive coordinator) I don't see how their offense will improve very much. Matt Ryan will see limited playing time and their only good offseason freeagent addition is Michael Turner, but thats not really an upgrade because that move was just to replace Warrick Dunn. The Falcons O-Line is still weak (even though they drafted a decent lineman), and the defensive secondary is obviously weaker now that they lost one of the Premier Cornerback in the game. I think the Falcons will finish 5-11 at best, and expect them to get a high draft pick next year and draft a Bigtime WR like Michael Crabtree of Texas Tech.

undoubtedly USC.
they are starting a bunch of sophomores and freshmen so they'll practically have the same team next year. and with the incredible recruiting going on, next year's team will definitely be ranked high.

USC, Texas
They both are returning a lot of weapons on both sides of the ball, as well as their starting QBs.
