Try hemorrhoid cream. I am not kidding. It reduces the swelling.

Some women are just prone to puffiness… 7 hours may not be enough sleep –I’m a 9 – 10 hour kind ‘a girl…
Some people say preparation H works great… I haven’t tried it…
I LOVE Benefit “oh la la lift”, it brightens and reduce puffiness… a cold gel ice pack , cool tea bags, cucumber slices... will help reduce puffiness too… always treat the eye area delicately, pat on, do not rub on eye cream preferably with SPF, I like dove brightening eye cream … and Mary Kay timewise age fighting eye cream is wonderful even though it has no SPF.

It sounds like an allergy of some kind. Do you use face or eye cream before you go to bed ? I did this once and woke up with puffy eyes as I had either used it too close to the eye area or tossing and turning in the night had smeared it over my eyes ?!

Another thing that can do it is not removing make-up before going to bed.

Other than that, have you recently changed anything like cleanser, make-up etc that could be irritating you or even a change of washing powder that your pillowcases are washed in ?

Cut two thin slices of cucumber, lie down and relax before laying one slice over each eye. Do this for 10 mins every couple of days. Don't put any cream on the under eye area cos this will make eyes puffy too.

Suncream is meant to be an excellent anti ager as it is full of minerals and protects your face from everything. Have you tried a non surgical face lift? Sounds more scary than it is and very relaxing and can make your face look amazing, you would need to go to a beauty salon fo it but i'm sure if you booked a consulatation at a beauty salon they would be able to advise you if a non surgical would help or a certain mask or peel on your face.
Good luck xx

puffiness under the eyes actually looks pretty sexy on a girl. Don't do anything to change them. A perfect example of a beautiful actress with puffiness under the eyes is Tia Carrere. If she can be hot with eye puffiness, so can you.

don't change a thing at all about you.

In fact, in physiognamy, the art of face reading, it is believed that women with puffiness under the eyes is a sign of a woman that provides her man with a very good sex life.

Well not much can really be done...my sister has puffy eyes to, nothing can be done realy its just that simple. But do try and get more sleep and if yuu are stressed alot it probly helps to lay out in the bath and relax and not to feel tired, I think sleep is the main cause.

Hope it helps chaa x

Check with another doctor for a second opinion. Ask him to check your kidney function and thyroid function. The American brand Benefit does a depuffing cream for eyes which seems to work for me but I find it a bit expensive at £19.00 for a very small tube.

Try a slice of cucumber on each eye. and dont use any eye creams, you may be allergic to an ingredient. Expensive eye patches, contain cucumber as an ingredient.

As Alicat stated, it may due to genes. Does anyone else in your family have the puffiness?

Allergies may be a factor. Do you have pets or are allergic to pollen or pollution? You may want to get an allergy test run.

An option to get rid of them may be plastic surgery.
