I went to Albania last year and the people there were really friendly. I don't know why they have a bad reputation...
DID YOU KNOW there have been no wars between religions and Christians and Muslims live in harmony unlike many other countries. Also, they didn't give any of their people over to the holocaust during the war.

Once Albanians lived in the hills, robbed, shot, and kidnapped people, that was the perception of the tourist. Albanians have told me that this situation is ended,and Albania is safer than Leeds! All economic migrants need time to settle in, acceptance comes slowly but surely.

Like all people, some are good, some bad, and most in between. Problem is the fame of a group in general. Stigma, prejudice, and plain ignorance is the best way to sum it up.
Small minded people want to think others are less than they are, so it seems.

because when they meet or see Albanians it is as thieves and crooks, no doubt there are good Albanians but that isn't what people in the west see

Probably because someone whote a book or something with an evil albainian and everyone started blaming them for their misfortunes

Who are these Albnanians . I do not know of any, and do not think about them at all, since I do not know them ?
