i think so, it's about the only thing that gets the crowd into the games. CHA-LU-PA, CHA-LU-PA, CHA-LU-PA. I remember a quiet crowd erupting into that chant when getting close.

I don't know about Portland. I know at Laker games, if the home team scores over 100 AND holds the other team to below 90 points, fans at the game get a coupon for free chalupas.

We purely get purchase one drink, get one loose drink on the "District Chophouse and Brewery" one block from the Verizon center. it really is lame. a touch over 10 years in the past, you purchased a loose Whopper from Burger King.
