If you mean after right after the baby is born mine was about 2 to 2 and half not exactly sure. After my 6 week checkup, I was back to 5 to 7 days every 28 days.

It always less than natural birth though, because the used towels to absorb a lot while getting the baby out, at least they did with me.

I'm not sure if you mean the post-partum bleeding or the first menstrual cycle so I'll answer both :)

Post-partum bleeding after a c-section, for me anyways, was lighter than what I had after a vaginal delivery. It still lasted about ten days, but there seemed to be lot less blood and no clots (I know, TMI).

As for the first menstrual cycle, I didn't have mine for eleven months because of breastfeeding, but it's been completely normal since then.. about five days, every 4 weeks (more or less).

Hope that helps!

Actually it can depend on how long you breastfeed. When your baby sucks your nipples to eat a hormone called prolactin is produced by the stimulus, which is a hormone that influences in the production of milk and at the same time inhibits other hormones that are the ones that regulate your mensatrual cycle. So yes it's different for everyone.
