Is it possible for me to download some kind of application to make the volume on my Laptop Louder by any chance?

Sadly no. Volume level is controlled by hardware, not software.
But you could connect some external speakers to the headphone jack. You could also get a USB/PCI sound card to improve the experience. I think Creative has a 24 bit USB sound card that you could buy. It is about $ 30.00 in the USA.

Any bad music will seem to be too loud. But,alas,no. Get some powered speakers to increase the volume.

basicly the answer is no ,, but depeding on your set up you maybe able to get better drivers or software that will enhance what you got ... so not louder.. but clearer, enhanced ... that may give you a better result than what you have, unfortunately for most laptops it is not possible to add a better sound card .. not much room inside a laptop
