Well, if the secret concerns any of your friends you might want to come clean now... if it's about something else entirely then you might be able to wait and see what she does. I hope it goes ok.

It really depends on what your secret is actually...
but you could try talking to her about it. Ask her why it upset her (or you) and apologize if necessary. Explain to her that you told her in confidense, and would really appreciate it if she didn't tell anyone.

u say she's ur "friend", then why would she tell everybody what u said? me and my best friend share many secrets and Nothing ever is told to other ppl. maybe u should re-think who ur friends really are.

I think the only thing you can do is deal with it and accept the fact that she might tell people other people. Or you could try making up with her so that she doesn't tell.
