Moorpark College in California is a good school for animal training, but is only a junior college. If you want to work in a zoo, you will need a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology.

LSU has an excellent vet program my roomate in college now works at the San Diego Zoo

Duke University, so hard to get into, but they have the most amazing program
