married 7 years together 14 with four kids involved and hit a bump in the road and an illegal has her hooks in my husband trying to get everything thats mine. he doesnt want to be there but she just had a baby 3 days ago and has been hanging it over his head for ever noe that she will take the baby to hondorus and never see his daughter. shes been in legal trouble here. gets benefits i cant even get and thinks she is legal because her baby was born here. does that make her legal. she left 4 kids behind over there. i have literally been through hell this past year trying to get my husband back i love so much and he obviously loves me but is very messed up in the head. there is obviously more to this story but those are the high lites can somebody please shine some lite on my situation. please help

the only thing you can do is report her. She has no legal standing here her child does but she doesnt. Just because you have a child here and you are illegal that still makes you illegal. Since she is illegal your husband if its his can file for custody and claim the child will have more opportunity here.

1st of all, DONT call INS randomly without talking to a lawyer or somebody else knowledgeable on this subjuct. If you do they will probably send her back to her country and she will bring her child with and that will be really hard if not impossible to bring your kid back.
He needs to establish paternity to set a motion for that to prove he is the father and after that you need to get a parenting plan in place.
Once you establish paternity...
whether it be they BOTH sign a paper acknowledging it, or he has to get a blood test/saliva test...
I would reccommend the parenting plan/custody papers but also possession is 9/10ths the law so after you established paternity if he had the child in his possession she couldn't take it away from him and he could just call INS right then and have her taken away that way. By possession I mean just physically with him, like he is visiting with her and she drops him off at your house, or something similiar.
Good luck. Dont worry I have had to deal with crazy mexican people taking away my baby.
They dont control themselves they like to have babies especially with people who they can blackmail or for sure have custody.
dont let them get away with this!!

I agree with the other person, report her to INS and let them deal with her. Get HELP from every resource you can, it's there to help you. I mean you might even want to call CPS (Child Protection Services) in your area. Good Luck.

obviously he doesn't love you that much if he has a child by another woman.....and he likes illegals ha,ha,ha!!!!don't hate just get on with your life and let him figure out what to do about HIS new baby by her, after all it is his kid so he has to pay for the baby just like you would exspect him to pay for your children together, right???

2. Attorney for you.
3. Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) for her. Report her.
Do you REALLY want him back? You can get help, and you can get support from him, and you might get to have a life for you, too.

Your husband is a jerk. He does not love you or her. He loves himself. she is watching out for her kids, you are watching out for yours. Why would you want him back? He ran off with another woman! did she hypnotize him? or drug him? He did this himself. don't make excuses for him. I really don't thnk you are so desperate for self esteem that you would crawl to a guy like that.

I think that it's pathetic that the word "illegal" is being used to describe a person. I remember when it meant criminal activity.
