I think that sounds great...it's very thoughtful! Most people wouldn't even think of getting a gift for 30 coworkers!!!

Hey there - we don't celebrate Christmas. We're not those idiots who freak out everytime someone wishes us a merry one but while any gift is nice and an awesome gesture, there are a lot of people like us out there. It'd be a shame to spend all that time on something for people who might not use it. I like the cookie or hot cocoa idea. I don't know if people where you work have to write a lot but I know when I was in a similar position at a workplace I bought a few cases of nice roller ball pens from Staples and gave everyone two wrapped up with a ribbon with a 'happy holidays' tag. It was useful, cheap and people dug it.

Burning a CD would be cool, but my thought on that is, they might already have Christmas CDs?

I know we always make treats (cookies, fudge, something of the sort) for people, bag them up in cute holiday bags, and people just love it. It doesn't clutter up their house, but it's thoughtful because you did it yourself.

Well, personally, I prefer not to get Christmas stuff for Christmas because by the time you get it Christmas is pretty much over for that year and you have to wait a whole year to use it again.

I think it's an awesome idea. And hopefully, they will appreciate the time and effort you are putting into it. It's a gift, and no matter what it is, the person receiving should be grateful that you thought of them!!

Good idea, but not everyone has the same taste in music. Also does everyone there celebrate X_mas?

You could go to a dollar store and buy coffee mugs and hot chocolate supplies.

Please be aware of copyright rules when doing something like this. I do think it is a clever idea, and low-cost (to you).

Gifts for a co-worker team that large is a tough problem. You can simply go with a card.

how about making a gift certificate allowing each of your coworkers to chose however many songs that you want and they pick them out this way your idea would be used and each person would have an individual customized gift ?

I go to the dollar store and buy wall calendars, desk or pocket calendars, and address books in designs that suit the personalities and likes of the people to whom I'll be giving them. Even people who keep this kind of information online, etc. tell me that they appreciate having it in a hard copy!
