She's easy to shop for but I could use a few ideas.

She likes sweet smelling stuff, poetry and body scrubs.

I'm looking for an exact idea of what to get her.

I'd appreciate it. ♥

They have baskets and stuff at bath and body works (the gardenia smells really good!!!), origins, etc. You should buy a whole bunch of stuff from there, and get her a book of poetry or something, and put it all in a pretty basket.

Go to a "bath and body works" kind of place. Buy a cute basket, then fill it with warm vanilla sugar lotions, and scrubs, and loofas, and little pampering stuff like that. Then add a gift certificate to the local spa for a manicure/pedicure and/or a massage. This works FOR ANYONE, male or female. Just change the fragrance to suit the gender, age, and relationship.

How about a gift certificate for a complete body massage. I know there are alot of different types out there...

My niece treated me to a Thai massage this week, because I'm having pain in my back. OH MY GOD! It was fantastic. For being itty bitty Thai women, they have a lot of strength! They found knots in my back, that I didn't even know were there. I'm still feeling some pain, but not as intense as before.

How about a nice picture of you & her (something that will bring back memories). You can also write down why you love her so much on a sheet of paper & frame them both together. My daughter wrote me a poem one year for Mothers day, framed it & gave it to me. I still have it hanging up. It is very special to me and always will be. Mothers are very sentimental about what their kids give them. This is one time where "its the thought, not the cost that count". Try it and watch her cry.

A smoked turkey is a great present and everybody loves them. My mom talked about that gift for years. If she doesnt like turkey theres lots of other gourmet gifts. One big one is better that a basket full of lots of tiny treats.

I just bought my Mom a new coat for Christmas -- she's been wearing the same tired one for 5 years, I thought it was about time. So, now, every time she puts on her new coat when it is cold out, she'll think about me.
