the most scariest had to be the exorcist. the most disturbing was hostel. mind you, wasn't able to watch the whole hostel movie.

Not being a horror fan, I have to go with most disturbing:
American History X. Great film, but bothersome - esp. the curbside neckbreaker. Ick.

Older movie, about 10 years ago called, "ravenous" civil war era, people get snowed in & take shelter in a cave, needless to say the only food around were themselfs.
