Not this year. They are ranked too low...much lower than they should be. They have had a reasonably hard schedule, and their only loss was to the #2 team in the country. I believe they should be ranked about 7th, but as you know...they aren't.

As they say..."Maybe next year."

P.S. as a Badger fan myself, I believe that they will be shown more love next year and will do very well with P.J. Hill being very good.

No, they don't. The Rose Bowl will not be required to take a Big Ten team if the champion ends up in the title game. And, frankly, their schedule is such a joke they don't deserve a BCS bid. Considering that OSU and Michigan will both get BCS bids, the Big Ten's not getting three, nor do they deserve it.

They'll most likely end up in Orlando at the Cap One Bowl. Given the state of the Big Ten, they're going to have at least 2 bowl slots they won't be able to fill, as 5 teams in that conference (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern) aren't getting bowl bids (Minnesota has to beat Iowa to get one, and Indiana has to beat Purdue, and neither is going to happen).

no.

the loser of the Michigan/Ohio State game will go to the Rose Bowl if the loser falls to #3 or lower.

At most, a single conference can send 2 teams to the BCS. Both Michigan and Ohio State will be ranked ahead of Wisconsin due to their strength of schedule.
