i REALLY like this guy & i think he likes me but i don't want to ask him out b/c i think that is a guy's job.
what should i do?

Well if I were you I would ask him out, but i know how you feel you may be too shy or too scared, but be open to him chances are that he likes you too, if he says no, well look forsomeone else or flirt with him. Girls are very shy, but if you really like him ask him out.

Maybe just let him know that you like him. You could also drop suttle hints if that is what you would preffer. You could also let him know that you would be willing to go out if he were to ask you(that one always works)

that's not true. A girl can ask out a guy if she likes him. If you like someone, go and talk to them and ask them out. If you don't ask him out, he may ask someone else out and it'll break your heart. What do you have to lose? :)

well i suggest becoming friends with him. show him you are a good person. and maybe he will ask you out. i worked with my boyfriend for about a month. we became friends and one day he started flirting with me. so i asked him if he liked me and he said yes and he asked me out.
