Search for the State Bar Association of the state where you are looking for an attorney. They will have links and ways to contact.

Look for that state's Bar Association web page. Also, check the yellow pages for the city you're looking for. It's REALLY easy to find an attorney.

BEST would be to get a referal from an attorney you already know. You could always try a lawyer referal service.
