Rubies are pretty but if not worn properly they can appear tacky.
I'm getting you a diamond engagement ring.

I gave each of the Prussian Blue twin girls a whopping big blue sapphire. Their mom said she'd have them set in rings when she had the time. I still have a few rubies and sapphires that I bought on a whim, but they're lab-created. Same mineral as the natural ones (corundum, an aluminum oxide), and no flaws. They were just never in the ground.

I'd getcha the rubies as I don't see any point or beauty in a diamond. The most overrated thing a woman wants. So, do you want all big ones or big surrounded with small.
