I wanna know how to be able to do a front flip on, and off the ground.
And I wanna know how to do the splits in a week or 2.
How do I?
I have a trampoline.
I also wanna know how to do backflips.

front flips are way harder than back flips... and a little dangerous on the trampoline (cause you can over-rotate and smash your nose on the frame). So, start by jumping up, and flipping forward, landing on your butt. As you get used to this, jump higher and higher. Eventually, you will be comfortable enough to try to land on your feet.

Backflip: can you do a backhandspring on the tramp? if so, try to take your hands away. This will give you a "whip-back". If you want to do a back tuck, you need to jump up, spotting a tree or something. jump up high and when you get up to maximum height, slam your knees into your chest. (you should practice this laying down on the carpet. you will feel yourself start a quick back-roll) As you slam your knees into your chest, you will flip over.

Splits. just strech. 2 weeks is a VERY tight schedule (pardon the pun) If you are learning ceter splits, use a wall or, better yet, a friend. If you lay on your back with your legs perpendicular to your body and spread your legs. Have your friend push your legs towards the floor. OUCH but it works.

Oh, one more thing for tramp safety. Have someone "spot you" They should be standing on the ground and if you over-rotate, they can catch you before you fall off.

Best of luck!

practice but start small and on your trampoline. When you are first doing flips land on your knees or something, it isn't as hard, and gradually try to land on your feet. Practice that a lot until you are ready to try it on a soft ground. While you are practicing, both on the ground and on the trampoline, make sure you aren't alone in case you get hurt and have someone kind of spot you. Splits, you should just stretch a little further, but don't pulse it and don't injure yourself. I think that becoming good at flips and splits will take longer than 2 weeks.

Its momentum--lead with your head and let the body follow.

For the splits--keep working on your flexibility the normal ways--get as close to the splits as you can and push your chest toward the ground (like touching your toes, but push straight ahead and much further). For extra help, do them somewhere you can grab something to help force yourself down further, or get a friend to gently sit on you (but not with all their weight).
