This is not a problem with the mainboard... It seems that you disabled the built in VGA card without enabling the AGP one (which is the external VGA card), what you need to do is to re-enable the VGA card, or get an External VGA and connect it and see what will happen.
You may also restore the memory of your mainboard.. this is done by Removing the battery , turning on the computer then shut it off and put the battery back....
The battery is on the mainboard and its about the size of a nickle, its the only battery so you wont mistake it..
Anyway, your Mainboard is working so don't replace it, and I recommend finding a computer tech to restore it back if you could not do it, it should be a five minutes job, so no worries...
Have a great day and email me if you need anymore help!

OK this is a little advanced, what you will have to do is reset the BIOS. If you have the Manuel for your mother board it will tell you how. It is usually involves opening the case and moving a jumper on the MoBO for a few seconds. It is not really that difficult but is the only way to get you video card back on. I can kind of explain it to you but I do not know if your MoBo works this way. Open the case and locate the CMOS jumper it is usually printed next to it. It is usually 3 pins with a little black thing called a jumper you will have to pull it of the two pins it is connected to and put it back on over the pin that it was not on and the pin next to that. leave it on for about 30 seconds and then move it back to the original position. If you did it right it will have re-set all the BIOS setting back to default with you video card back on. but believe me if this is the only problem you should not have to get a new MoBo. Good luck and you can email me if you need more help

you disabled the built in video, did you put a good video on your mother board, it should works, but not try to boot in dos or safe mode while you connect your monitor to the on board connector and plug out the video card ( not on board) so it wll reboot using the built in , no need to buy a new mother board for this.
