One gift that I usually give to teens and pre-teens is a disposable camera. Now they make digital cameras for less than $20, but I don't know how good they are. Anyway, I get them 2 or 3 cameras and a photo album. It's always gone over really well. People that age love taking pictures of their friends.
For secret sister, I would get some spa gifts, like bubble bath, lavendar soap, and things like that.

Well, one good idea would be a gift card to wherever. It actually is cool because u give them a good gift that they can pick out themselves so u dont have to worry about getting them something they wont enjoy. Find out if they like music, movies, books, then go and get a gift card for Best Buy, Radio Shack, Wal Mart.... wherever... the skies the limit. Oh, if they are into books go to Barnes and Noble books.... For the gift wrap, well a cool bag with streamers will work... Maybe a lil card to go along with it. Happy hunting.

Try ebay. They have lots of stuff there. Hey, If you want you could even buy her a cheap new cell if shes not satisfied with hers. Thats what I did for my friend. Go to cingular and see if they have any. If the cell phones a no go, just pick her up something awsome but cheap.

depends on what they like?? make her a special gift basket of some of her favorite things like earrings, snack food, hair stuff, candles? there is endless of ideas and it something personal. good luck
