Since "Democrats" clearly does not accurately name or describe the rather pathetic bunch of liars that seem to bear that name, any suggestions for a new party name?

What every you call either party they will warp the name. The definition of free speech by Democrat is agreeing with them. The Republicans use to be for small government & personal resposability. Now they are both attempting to buy the vote with entitlements.
Neither is looking for solutions they are just looking for talking points.

They should take a European sounding name, like the Socialist Democrat Party, or the Democrat Socialist Party.

Actually, they speak out in favor of free speech, meanwhile the government passes laws to restrict it somewhat. If anyone deserves that name, it is the democrats. And you want to talk about liars? Talk about Bush and his cohorts who lied to get their way for the past 6 years!
