I was wondering could I get false negative on a pregnancy test if I just had a miscarriage and stop bleeding like three weeks ago?

Not sure I understand...but, it is unlikely to get a false negative especially after a miscarriage because HcG can remain in your system for as long as 8 weeks after a pregnancy is terminated

I had two miscarriages, and within 2 weeks after the bleeding my horomone levels were below 5 (which is lower than even the earliest predictors can predict).

Best of luck trying again, definitely wait a full cycle (get one normal period) before trying again. I made the mistake of not waiting and I had a second miscarriage the next month. I am currently trying again.

if you just had a miscarriage that recently, chances are you are not pregnant again. of course, that doesn't mean its impossible, because nothing is entirely impossible. my suggestions would be if you have any question as to whether you might be pregnant, go to the doctor, or a planned pregnancy clinic if you don't have insurance. good luck. and i'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage.. i've had two myself.. and they suck.. even though both times, it was probably for hte best.. it would've been a bad situation if i would've had a baby both times.. but it still hurts. don't be afraid to seek out emotional support over the loss, okay?
