I'm assuming you're talking about changing your default browser back to Internet Explorerer. This is fairly easy to do once you know the right way to do it.
1- First, open Internet Explorer. (if, for some reason, it's not on your desktop, and has been deleted from the computer, you can re-download it from its home-page: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx )

2- After opening IE, go to the Tools menu on the top, and select "Internet Options."

3- select the "programs" tab

4- put a checkmark on the bottom where it says "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser," and click the OK button.

5- Close the IE browser, and then open it again.

6- An option window should appear asking if you'd like Internet Explorer to be your default browser. Click "Yes."

Now IE is your default Internet browser!

EDIT: like Roger C mentioned, you can also bypass steps 1 and 2 by right-clicking the IE icon on your desktop, and choosing "Properties" from the dropdown menu.

1.) Internet Explorer can't be removed from your system, so it's still there.
2.) What problems are you having with Firefox? Everything can be changed in Firefox - you have that power! Ask for help! There's lots of people willing to help...
3.) Just open up Internet Explorer and go into the Internet Options.. then Programs and at the bottom and put a checkmark next to where it says "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser"

Click on [start] right click in menu and click on properties. under the start menu tab click on customize and there is a drop down for your browser.

Then open IE and under tools / internet options / programs you will find a check box for it to check if it is the default browser. check this box close the browser and restart. It will then ask you if you want it as the default.

between those 2, Firefox is the greater proper browser because of the fact of each and every of the protection holes that Explorer has. yet i exploit a browser called Opera, this is much greater proper than Firefox, and is extremely equivalent protection-clever to the Safari browser on Apple products.
