why does mickey always wear pants and no skirt and donald wear only ashirt and no pants???

I don't know, but there's a bear (can't think of his name) but he go's around all day naked then put on pajamas to go to bed?

Mickey is a male mouse, that is why he doesn't wear a skirt. Why would ducks wear pants. Grow up!!!
