Sounds like you could be setting up something to really draw your family from one another. Do not be selfish and think about how it will effect the family.
It seems like you come into contact a lot with this person and maybe it is a social relief from your dry marraige. Refind the love which you once had with your current husband. As soon as you give into this lust you will start to dislike or even hate your husband more and more.

Related through marriage is still related.
Second:
Both sides (you and him) are married.
Would it be OK if your husband had a relationship with another lady even if he was not happy with you? Probably not. Then why would you consider it? If he proposes to have "hanky Panky" with you, how many others has he done this with? Is this his pattern? Will he be true to you, or after a while will he treat you like this too?
How will you explain your relation to this guy who has distant relations with your family. Will you, or your children build the family tree only to find out about this? How would you explain?
Either way, the choice is for you to make, but I would carefully consider the ramifications of getting involved would cause, and so should you. I wouldn't get involved.

If you weren't married you could legally sleep with him if you didn't mind the potential upset and awkwardness in the family if things went bad in the relationship.
On another note - you're both married so it's not a good thing to do. Hanky panky with your own spouses or wait until you're both legally free to be fooling around.

Regardless of the relationship you should not be havimg thoughts of hacing sex with him because you are both MARRIED!! Doesn't marriage mean anything to people anymore in this country? If you are both unhappy then get a divorce. Then you can do whatever you want.
