It looks like her name is pronounced like salmon. If it is, I would suggest calling her fish or something that makes fun of her name in a cute way, like call her an assortment of other fish names, like one day call her trout and then call her halibut. Trout is slightly cuter. I can't really think of any other kinds of fish.
If that's not how you pronounce her name, then the only other ones I've got for you are generic... sweetie, sweetheart, precious, kicker, thumper...
