yes dress up thats what they normally do at them plus if they dont atleast you wioll look classy neat an elegant

Dress up! You can lose the tie if you feel like it later, and it is always good to look a little sharper than everyone else.

Wear maybe a pair of khakis and a nice shirt. Don't go all out dress and everything... just look nice.

ask some of your friends taht are goin.. when we have footbal bankquets in my town we just dress casual but it might be different there.. just i would just check with your friends
