You probably can't. The pressure is determined by the city's water lines and will fall from friction loss at each pipe bend, fitting or rise in elevation.

First take off all the screens on the faucets and clean them. If that doesn't help, flow restrictors will increase the velocity of the water by forcing it through a smaller opening........this faster speed water may overcome your desire for a meaningful shower.

If you are finding it takes too long to fill the tea pot, then the problem is more likely a flow, not pressure, problem. Only so much can go thru a pipe at one time. If "x" gallons are delivered to the complex through the water pipe from the city and you have many people drawing from that pipe, then its a delivery or flow problem.

you can add a small pump and tank that could increase your pressure. it is a way to cheat.
