The gov. of Sudan and the United Nations are negotiating terms for insertion of a UN force. Once finished, then it will happen. Bush has nothing to do with this.

specific, certainly Bush has finished extra suitable than any international chief attempting to renounce the genocide in Darfur. Bush replaced into the 1st international chief to call Darfur a genocide. No different u . s . on the UN different than the U. S., has certainly stated as darfur a genocide. Bush has pushed for UN Peace Keepers to be sent to Darfur for the final 7 years. yet China has resisted sending UN Peace keepers and Sudan could approve permitting UN Peace Keepers into Darfur. Permission Sudan has no longer given. the U. S. is figuring out to purchase the African Union Peace Keepers interior the Sudan. Thats all Sudan will enable in. below UN regulations, the UN could intervene in all Genocides, thats why no different u . s . as properly the U. S., has publicly stated as whats occurring in Darfur a genocide. Bush could unilaterally intervene in Sudan, yet with all the critism he took for doing that for the duration of Iraq, why would he do it lower back? No different u . s . will unilaterally intervene, no longer after critizing the U. S. for unilaterally going into Iraq. they have trapped themselves by potential of thier very own critisms of the U. S.. specific there is oil in Sudan, alot of oil, wager that blows the complete oil element out the window. yet by potential of far, the biggest issues in combating the genocide in Darfur, Is Chinas's refusal to permit the UN to place rigidity on Sudan to settle for UN Peace Keepers. between the unintentional consiquences of the invasion in Iraq, Is the fairly vocal critism of the U. S. for the intervention, potential that no u . s . will now intervene without UN approval, no remember how mandatory the intervention is. below Chatper 6 of the UN shape, the UN can't forcefully deliver UN Peace Keepers into any u . s ., without thier permission.

According to Bush's logic of why he invaded Iraq, he should find it perfectly legitimate to invade Darfur, where people are killing each other non-stop. But, alas, he is a hypocrite and will say anything to defend himself. He doesn't know what to do about Darfur. Or Iraq or Afghanistan for that matter...

No one can do anything.
If the global community acknowledges Darfir then it has to admit a holey war is taking place. That would not be PC.
If we hide our heads in the sand then it will be easier for the JanJuWee to cut them off.

That is a very good question. Probably because we are tied up in Iraq... Although I do not know if he would do anything anyways because Darfur does not benefit the US in anyway... It is really sad to say...

EDIT: Silly they arent terrorists until they stop doing what Bush and his cronies want remember? Like Saddam Hussein.
Pakistan is a terrorist government that we support because they pretend to help the war on terror.

Lots of fires, not enought firefighters.
Why doesn't the rest of the world get off their lazy butts and do something for a change instead of waiting for us?
