All I need are two similarities, for the accounting firms:

Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PWC

They are the gold standard in the accounting industry.

They off the most complete opportunities for experience in accounting.

They all offer the same basic range of services, done in the same way. And they are all partnerships (ie: they are not public companies quoted on the stock exchange).
