In reply to Catirina's post, I haven't received any emails, I was just interested if the public thought Wal-Mart was showing respect for their customers while greeting them with Merry Chirstmas signs, or just tring to pander to the Religious Right who tells their followers where to shop and who to vote for.

Seeing that Wal-mart is a business giant who loves the good old $, I think Wal-mart will think Santa to be more of a gold mine than the Holy Child.

I am interested in why you are asking. I get those emails from the American Family Association- do you too? Wal-mart has been behaving very badly, so I am not surprised if you can only find big plastic Santa's for the yard instead of a manger scene! I try not to shop there.

Wal-Mart--baby Jesus, like peanut butter and tofu. Walmart is in it for the money, as long as you have, give it to them, they don't care who you are or believe in.
