Make sure you wear Wolford brand pantyhose. They're completely sheer and seamless and of course very sexy.

I think you would be soliciting a lot of attention for a bad reason. I wouldn't reccomend it, because I think pantyhose were invented as a torture device. If you were to go into any place of business, I would guess you would be asked to leave.

I would say could be very cool if pulled off right, however if I were you I would consider RHT stockings with a sexy garterbelt from secretsinlace.com and sexy high heel sandals

Generally for a public place, I wouldn't recommend it. Unless it's a big shirt. If it could be like a dress then that's fine, but otherwise you might look a little too provocative.
