low cost yet meaningful since sumtimes they littlest gifts mean the most
find a BEAUTIFUL antique looking frame for 8 bucks that said best friends written all over it...
take the prettiest/cutest picture of u guys and use a picture program to make it black and white or cepia...
and put it into the frame..looks BEAUTIFUL
and then add a hand written letter as well as make an instrumentals cd that im sure she'll love =]
