Definitely talk to a lawyer. Hopefully you've been married for longer than five years. It would help if you could be prepared, like have last years income tax forms on hand, plus addresses of your husbands work place, social security #'s, and such. DON"T CRY! It irritates the lawyers! By the way, get a job! Never let a husband control you so much you are completely at thier mercy! Even with the most awesome love life, have an escape plan!

He wants to kick you out of your home? Is that what you mean? He can't do it legally. It is just as much your home as it is his. Until there is a court order stating otherwise, you don't have to move out. Of course, nothing can stop him from being a jerk and making your life miserable while you are there. It's never an easy thing. Divorce hurts. Talk to a lawyer right away.

I am not a divorce lawyer but you are entitled to get money on a monthly basis (alimony) from him if he has been working and supporting you all this time. He will have to give you money until you can get on your feet. Also, if you own a home along with him, you are entitled to half of everything you all have since marriage. You will need to go to court over this to determine how much each of you are entitled to.

confident you probably did do the incorrect difficulty approximately no longer telling her appropriate to the deepest loan. did no longer she ask the place the money come from. yet all that has been executed and you cant substitute it - wish you may cope with the money problem now. With the lack of communique in a marriage is a foul difficulty, i think relatively sorry for you and your spouse; and dropping the have confidence besides, there does not look plenty wish to maintain your marriage. there's no longer something worse than a mom in rules scorn. to a factor i will understand her undertaking for her daughter, yet she shouldn't make those comparisons along with her different daughters husband. no ask your self you went into melancholy. you're taking care and get stable. As for the main appropriate time to tell your spouse you desire a divorce, nicely whats incorrect with now. only come at cutting-edge to the factor and say what you prefer to take place, there is not any worry-free thank you to do this, only be at cutting-edge forward. stable success to you my chum and get stable

If you get divorced you WILL be out on your own, he won't have to support you because you will no longer be married. You will have to LEARN how to take care of yourself, how to look for a job etc.
