This makes me really uncomfortable, as I'm a naturally very modest person, so I'd like to hold everything in place better. I cannot buy new bras (money issues) unless they're cheap, but I've found that cheap doesn't always do the job. If there's any other solutions that are out there, I'd be grateful to hear about them.

I feel for you, I am blessed with 34Ds and bouncin around in gym is not fun. But my suggestion is to save your money and invest in a good sports bra form Victorias Secret. They have the best bras and their sportsbra (shockabsorber)works well.
Its pricey, but it's worth it. If not Victorias secret try JC penney, Kohls, etc. Often times department stores have sales reducing quality bras to around $15.00. Especially now since it's the holidays!!
Cheap bras don't cut it. to save yourself some pain (and future saggage) invest in a few good bras in neutral colors. Getting fitted wouldnt be a bad idea either.
Good Luck!!

If you are anywhere with a Big Lots discount store, a sports bra would be less than 10 bucks- and usually they are still a good brand, they are just in the store because of overstock or factory reject issues. The only other thing I can think of is to get an ace bandage (the kind you wrap ankles with) and bind your chest- but that could take more time than you may have before class, and I don't know how comfortable you would be in the locker room doing that.
If you are comfortable with used clothing- you could ask your gym teacher if there is anything in your size in the lost and found- I know it may seem icky- but it would be free.
My chest is not as big as yours, but I know that if I flex my pecs (your chest muscles) it kindof tightens that area up, and you might not bounce as much, that is probably the least effective suggestion I have.
Good luck!

y cant u change into a sports bra in the locker room? thats stupid it is really the only way (i know) to get the support u need. if ur sneaky about u can try to change b4 gym. the period b4 gym class go to the bathroom and change bras or go in the bathroom in the locker room to change bras. when u change just remember to take ur purse and put ur sports bra in there in the morning so no one finds out. thats what i would do. i have really small ones i dont have this problem. i can get away with wearing spegetti strap tanks with bras in them as undershirts. if all else falls u could try talkin to ur PE teacher about letting u change if u haven't done it already and he/she blew u off about it

Well there is a lot you can do, first invest in a good wide strapped bra. they arent that expensive and you could maybe even get one at a Wal-Mart. you have to go to a good bra place and pay good money for a sports bra. A lot of teenage girls just wear two sports bras but that isnt good for your breasts.

Ohh girl, I HEAR YA!!! I would suggest a sports bra or a bra with better support, but with no money there really isn't anything you can do. Whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT TAPE THEM....it may sound funny but I tried that :(.....STUPID IDEA!! LOL! Save up and get yourself a good bra, tell your mom about you situation and she'll have no choice but to take you. If you wait too long you will start getting aches and pains and thats no fun!!

I've read the responses & agree that u definitely need a sports bra! If u can't change in the gym, u may just have to wear it to school, or figure out another way. I spent some time in the Army, & believe me, they work great! [I'm a 40D] Don't try to use tape--BAD IDEA!

When I was worried about that in school i would wear more than one bra enough to make you feel secure and that they are not going anywhere. Thwo sprots bras or a sports bra and a regular one!!! I still do it when i want them to stay a certain way in an outfit or you could always use duct tape!!

i always doubled up on bras - two sports bras all the time. then even if they're cheap two usually helps, or one a size too small and a regular size one on top to suck you in.
