I believe New Jersey is a "No Fault Divorce" state - so you don't actually need grounds for divorce there.

The only state that still requires grounds for divorce is New York.

Also, Arizona, Arkansas and Colorado have something called "covenant marriages" - those are a special type of marriage where you cannot get divorced without mandatory counsiling first..

But, as far as Jersey goes, you don't realy need to have "irreconcilable differences"

I don't know what unrecognizable differences are....but you can be granted a divorce for irreconsilable differences. That is where the two of you can't agree on anything or get along. I'm sorry to hear that your marriage is ending. Good luck.

unrecognizable differences? HUH? I don't think any state will allow that one.
