Because liberals are cry babies when they lose. It's voter fraud, voting machine conspiracy theories, disenfranchised voters, turned away voters, long lines at the polls, etc, etc.
But when they win, well......all is fine with the system.
Notice how we didn't hear one word about voter fraud!!! SSHHHH!!!!!

I'm not from the US we use ballot papers. We use a preferential system of voting. Every square on the ballot paper must be numbered from 1 to whatever the number of candidates are. If no one has a majority of the votes the candidate with the least votes is eliminated and the number 2 preference of the voter is distributed to whoever that candidate is. Thsi process continues until someone has a majoirity (50%+1) of the votes. That person is then elected to represent that electorate.

Each candidate may have a scrutineer - someone who may watch the ballot box sealed before the vote, ensure the seal is intact at the end of the vote and who may watch the counting of the vote at the polling booth to ensure everything is above board.

A machine cannot do this.

Voting is also compulsory.

A much better system I think.........

You must have not been watching the news on voting day. Look at Florida, notice how the voting machines have 10 times more no votes on key canidates than the rest of the nation?

BECAUSE THEY GOT WHAT THEY WANTED. EVER NOTICE THE LEFT ONLY BITCHES & MOANS WHEN THE CAN'T GET THEIR WAY? I REMEMBER WHEN THE LATE PETER JENNINGS SAID THAT AMERICA HAD A TEMPER TANTRUM WHEN THE REPUBLICANS WON IN 1994. SO IT'S SAFE TO ASSUME THAT IN 2006 AMERICANS GOT STUPID WITH THEIR DECISION MAKING.

You generalize and please prove your statement as I don't think it is accurate!

I never want to go to Ballotless machines as the electronic ones are just to easy to rig and the rigging is undetectable!

As for me, I think any voting machine which come out 51% to 49% should be thrown our as it is most likely rigged as that is the numbers they are kicked to!

With about 10 house races still undecided, I'm not sure where you're getting you information. But I know, you're here to inflame--not inform.
